Crimesolutions.gov: A restorative justice program that provides juvenile offenders and their victims the opportunity to meet face-to-face in the presence of a mediator to discuss the offense and establish a plan for the future. The program is rated Promising. Offenders in the program were more likely to complete their restitution obligation. Also, there was a significant impact on victim satisfaction with the juvenile justice system, but not so for offenders.
