Building Relationships of Trust: Moving to Implementation provides guidance to federal, state, local, and tribal law enforcement agencies; fusion centers; community members; civic groups; and other interested parties on developing relationships of trust, particularly with minority and immigrant communities. This publication focuses on law enforcement agencies and their relationships with community members in relation to building community confidence, increasing police legitimacy, addressing neighborhood problems of crime and disorder, and improving the quality of life in all communities.
