National Law Enforcement First-Line Supervisor Training on Violence Against Women

The National Law Enforcement First-Line Supervisor Training on Violence Against Women is an unprecedented opportunity for individuals who hold primary responsibility for overseeing first responders to explore current approaches for responding to and investigating the crimes of violence against women, specifically domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and human trafficking. The training is designed to increase understanding of these crimes, and instill mentoring, training, and leadership skills. Participants will proactively apply best practices, identify personal strengths and weaknesses, and recognize culture and its effect on responding to violence against women crimes in order to maximize supervisory efforts.
