VRN Weekly News

The following materials have been archived from the PSP pilot program, formerly known as the Violence Reduction Network (VRN).

The VRN Weekly Site News is a collection of news articles and resources, compiled by IIR on behalf of the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), that may be of interest to VRN city partners and DOJ staff working together on violence reduction.  We recognize that some content is positive, while some is less positive.  This is provided for your information and awareness and in an effort for the entire VRN community to develop an appreciation of the successes and challenges faced by each city.  If you feel that we have missed an important article or feature on the Internet, television, or other communication source, please contact us and we will be sure to add it to the upcoming VRN Weekly Site News.

This project was supported by Grant No. 2015-DG-BX-K001 awarded by the Bureau of Justice Assistance.
